Cash On Delivery (COD) Rules

• We provide COD facility on all orders.
• The customer is required to pay the full amount to the courier agent **before opening the package**. Couriers are not authorized to allow product inspection before payment.
• If a customer refuses to accept an order, **FUMATTE** reserves the right to reject future COD orders from that customer or require a partial advance payment.

• **Return Period:** You must contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.
• **Condition of Goods:** Returns will only be accepted if the product is **unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags**.
• **Refund Process:** If a return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within **5-10 working days**.
• **Return Shipping Charges:** **The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.** Shipping costs are non-refundable.
